Stress and Premature Aging

Hello friends!

Here are some of the negative impacts of stressing: 

  • Increased levels of cortisol, stress hormone

    • Breakdowns your elastin and collagen

  • Causes inflammation of the skin

  • Manipulates your DNA

  • Causes wrinkles

I know in this crazy world there is no way to avoid stress; it’s unrealistic goal. I would encourage you to  find an outlet for your stress if you aren’t doing so already. You might want to try taking your dog for a walk, having a good conversation with a friend, reading a good book at night, taking an exercise course, or sitting outside and enjoying nature. Please take care of you so you can take care of everything else in your life.
