TIps For A Productive Day

Hi Friends! Here are some tips for having a productive day that work for me.

•I need plenty of sleep in order to function properly. I make a point to get at least 7-8 hours a night. 

•Move your body every day for at least 30 minutes. I’m not the best at consistently doing this each day but whenever I do, I feel so much better and reenergized.

•I started writing 3 things I’m grateful for each morning after getting a Rachel Hollis journal. It puts things into perspective before starting my busy day. Plus reflecting on what makes your life meaningful really sets the tone for your day. 

•I’m all about organization and making the most of each day. I use my calendar in my phone and lists to stay focused on each task I want to accomplish. 

•I keep my favorite water bottle next to me at all times so I can remember to drink water throughout the day. Staying hydrate definitely makes your skin look better.

•I try to eat a salad or drink a green smoothie everyday.

•I started listening to Podcasts a few years ago and really enjoy finding ones that educate me about mental health, finances, and business. I try to schedule at least 30 minutes each day and select a podcast that enhances my ability to achieve my goals.

•I carve out at least 15 minutes each day of quiet time for myself. I’m so busy and I need alone time to recharge.
