Mental Health Day

Hi Beauties,

I’m a true believer in taking mental health days and giving my body and mind time to heal and recharge. Most people have endless amounts of responsibilities and to-do lists that never seem to end. We need to recognize that we can’t continue at full speed every day. If we don’t take breaks, we won’t be able to function properly and ultimately burn out.

Stop feeling guilty about taking a day to yourself and mark a day on your calendar for you. I recommend reading, watching Netflix, having a date with your partner or friend, reconnecting with nature, working out, meditating, or taking an amazing nap. Do whatever feels good for your soul!
