Methods/Treatments to Help Reduce Cellulite

Hi Friends!

I want to start off by saying cellulite is NORMAL! I’ve had cellulite on the back of my legs since my early twenties and know it will always be there… and that’s okay!

The most common theory about cellulite is that it’s made of deposits of fat, water, and waste materials trapped between skin fibers.  And guess what? Cellulite is more common in women because of hormones and fat distribution. It generally develops on the belly, hips, legs and butt.

Research supports that living a healthy lifestyle – eating healthy foods, exercising, and drinking water are the best ways to reduce cellulite. If you wanted to try other options, I recommend dry brushing, massage, retinol cream, radiofrequency or skin tightening treatments such as, body sculpting.

Remember everyone gets different results with different treatments. Be open to trying multiple methods until you get the results you want for yourself!
